We loved the views and the cleanliness of the property.

No freezer? Summer stay and we could not buy ice lollies or have ice in our drinks?

Spacious rooms (particularly the bathroom and kitchen) - particularly helpful for 4 adults and a dog.

Outside of the property lacked kerb appeal - front garden quite unattractive and could be made a lot nicer with a bit of effort and a bit of furniture

Loved view & watching tides. Phone chargers at property was an added bonus especially as forgotten mine!

Having a microwave & ice box. Outside furniture would be nice. Kitchen taps very wobbly not secured. Parking on hilly road limited.

Discrepancy between lock box code in the check-in instructions and email from owner Lock box in very difficult location to access. No handrail on very steep garden steps - particularly for anyone with walking difficulties No tea towel in kitchen. Kitchen would benefit greatly from microwave. Washing machine appears to be unusable by guests. No refuse / recycling information. No general welcome / household instructions. Dangerously loose kitchen sink tap. I would normally expect a fire blanket or extinguisher in a rental property kitchen.

Good location with amazing view. Comfortable place to stay and nicely furnished.

The view and a very comfortable bed. Kitchen good size and shower very good. Easy walking distance to the village.

The ‘on site parking’ was in fact on the street and very tricky at times. Access to the cottage up some steep steps, along a walkway then up some steep, precarious steps to the house, which need a handrail especially when manipulating luggage, so not quite as described. No information folder to work out wifi, tv or heating or local attractions. A lot of the crockery was very chipped or moldy under the crazed glaze- a health risk to eat from. The owner did tell us she had ordered new crockery but it hadn’t arrived before our 9 night stay. Washing machine had an ‘out of order’ sign inside it and with no laundromat in the village, our washing had to be done by hand during our long stay. Disappointing from those aspects.
