Close to the sea, large (170 m2) apartment+BIKES

Objekat je stvarno velik i prostran, odlican za velika obiteljska okupljanja kao sto smo i mi imali, putovali smo sa manjom djecom pa je svakako i to bonus jer je prilagodljivo njima, kreveti su bili veliki iako skripavi i dotrajali ali nam to nije smetalo. Apartman je na odlicnoj lokaciji, prijevoz staje ispred i iza zgrade, plaza je 4 minute hoda. Vlasnik je jako ljubazan i bio je dostupan cijelo vrijeme, kod njega se moze i ostaviti prtljaga ako dodjete ranije. Apartman je dovoljno opremljen i imate sve sto je potrebno, cak i higijenske potrepštine.

Es un apartamento muy grande y cerca del mar. Hay 3 habitaciones con 1 cama doble y 2 individuales.

Necesita un mantenimiento tanto de pintura como de tapar agujeros, ventanas que no abrían y no estaban bien selladas...

Excellent apartment with lots of space. Good location for getting into Valencia, well connected with local public transport and very near the beach.

L'appartement est vraiment très spacieux et facile d'accès avec des transports en commun très proches. Notre hôte a été très réactif devant un problème rencontré qu'il a résolu dans la journée avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Il a toujours été très disponible et répondu immédiatement à nos sollicitations. La mer à proximité et le passeig pour des ballades matinales ou nocturnes rendent le séjour très agréable. Allez y c'est super 👍

Very spacious apartment, we could leave luggage there on arrival, so that was a big plus. Apartment is huge and only few minutes away from the beach and the tram stop is right there, one min away, as also market.

It could have been a bit cleaner. The dishwasher was not clean, and when we used it, the dishes did not come out clean either. Just a kind suggestion to please check and thoroughly clean the dishwasher. The apartment itself could also have been slightly cleaner, but otherwise everything was perfect. Thank you very much.
