Sea & Forest

The owners were very kind and always helpful, really good people. The location is simply fantastic, just a bunch of meters in front of the sea. The apartment was clean and fully equipped in the kitchen, the bathroom and the bedroom. A Air conditioner is also available. Very nice place to enjoy in the summer time.

I had a fantastic time at Sea & Forest! The Location can’t be better - direct at the beach with the sunrise over the sea and while you sleep you have the meditative sound of the waves. It‘s the best place in Kallithea. In particular the host Andreas and his son Michalis where the best I‘ve ever met - you will rarely find such a hospitality, even in Greece!

First of all our host Andreas was lovely, at arrival he gave us bottles of water, wine, fruit, coffee, tea, snacks and juice. He even gave us body wash and shampoo, everything you need for a perfect stay. Andreas gave us advice about places to eat and things to do. The property was in a perfect location basically on the beach. We will definitely come back here and advise everyone to do the same. We were looking for an authentic Greek experience and definitely got it. If you are looking for a 5 star luxury resorts I'd look for something else but for us it was perfect. Thank you Andreas!!

Sea and Forest - the name speaks for itself: less than a hundred steps brings you to the warm Southern sea and the forest is behind the house and to the right. From the balcony that surrounds the apartment from 3 sides you can observe the ever-changing colours of the sea day and night, but most of the time it is turquoise and Turkish blue. These two colours are delicately accentuated in the entire arrangement of the apartment. Small as it is, the apartment is fully equipped for a nice seaside summer holiday. If you want to feel the real traditional Greek hospitality, Sea and Forest is the place to choose. It will turn your time in Kallithea into an unforgettable summer holiday.

The view is amazing. The host is just doing anything to make you feel well.

We have been in Kalithea many times, but this accommodation made us feel special and very welcomed. The host, Andreas, is very kind, friendly and hospitable person, and he was always available for everything we needed during our stay. He welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine, a basket of fruit, juice, water, coffee and tea. He also provided sunbeds and an umbrella, free of charge. The apartment has the best location in Kalithea, wright by the sea shore, on a sandy beach, next to the forest. Beach bars are very near and the city center is within a walking distance. We will definitely go there again, because Andreas is not just an excellent host, but he is our new friend. On our departure day he gave us a souvenir of Kalithea.
