Its very clean, with complimentary stuff that is so essential.

The host was responsive with our requests and needs. The room was clean and practical and very comfortable to stay in. We almost have everything we needed. The place is really in a good location, very accessible to the mall just across SM City. MyBus Station is also just beside SM City and you can have direct access to the airport and other city attractions like Oceanpark and Anjo World Theme Park with just one ride at an affordable price. You can really save enough money, no need to grab a taxi.

I think a little clock in the room would be of great help for travellers so as not to always check time in the phone. A little trash can in the room also, aside from the bathroom, would be convenient as well.

Near Sm and Radisson.Transpo is accessible.

Aircon is not working well.It makes a random sound.The bed is connected to the cabinet and it’s too high for me to climb.Cabinet doors need a rubber stopper as to not bang when close.

Location is great.

It was hard to get transport, ie, taxi, due to Sinulog traffic.

Easy to check in and out. Small, but well equipped with good aircon and a functional kitchen and a good bathroom. It is in a great location, opposite a mall and the bus station for Malapascua Island. Also near the centre and the old town. Good value.

It is small, with the sofa bed out, there is little room and the storage is hard to reach as it is by the bed platform.

Perfect location as well as the host. He always responds right away.
