The room was very cute and spotlessly clean. The shower facilities and water pressure were excellent. The host was very attentive and patient. We arrived late due to traffic, but they still welcomed us warmly. They even gave us a dessert as a small gift and shared helpful restaurant recommendations. The location is excellent, with two great restaurants just downstairs.

The only downside was the lack of a window with a view, but we already knew this when we booked.

Struttura elegante e dotata di ogni comfort. Situata al centro di Modica Bassa in un vicolo delizioso e finemente curato. Letto comodissimo e appartamento pulitissimo. Ringrazio la host per la sua disponibilità e tutte le attenzioni riservateci. Non solo lo consiglio ma ritorneremo presto.

Struttura situata al centro di Modica dove nei dintorni si possono raggiungere a piedi i monumenti e i punti più importanti della città. La proprietaria è stata molto cortese e ci ha fatto trovare in struttura tutto il necessario sia per il bagno che per la cucina(utensili, cialde, bibite e qualche snake). La struttura è pulitissima e molto accogliente, siamo stati molto bene.

L'appartamento è delizioso, ben arredato, pulito e confortevole. Flora è molto gentile e anche i suoi genitori, alla porta accanto, sono persone cordiali e disponibili. Perfetto per qualche giorno a Modica in posizione comodissima.

Modern, stylish and comfortable in a great location. Easy arrival , great communication and friendly service. Will definitely use again!

The studio is in the heart of this beautiful old town, just off the main street but private. It's in a traditional style and is equipped to a very high standard. Immaculate. The owner was very helpful and provided some lovely local bakes. Just a short walk from the bus station.
