Clean warm and in an excellent location. Couldn't fault it one bit.

Comfortable, centrally located to 3 pubs & lots of takeaways within walking distance.

Ability to dim the lights in the rooms or the use of lamps.

Clougherhead is a nice Location

No keys in lock box on arrival delaying entry for several hours-house freezing cold and filthy with plates of food and dirty clothes in drawers throughout. Kitchen dirty with only 3 plates for 6 people and insufficient towels. No TV remote, sofa was ripped with springs protruding. Host didn't reply to messages initially and when he did he stated he didnt know we were staying at his property despite the booking being made 6 weeks previously. He arranged for someone to turn the heating on 2 hours after our arrival. This person walked into the property without even knocking the door and didnt explain himself. We would a have left and returned home but our elderly parents couldn't make the long trip back at that time of night. The host arrived at 9.30pm with plates long after we had to make dinner in two sitting with 3 plates. He bullied his way into the property to adjust the heating controls which he seemed fixated with- all contained in locked boxes. He invaded our privacy and walked into our living room without acknowledging anyone and when my wife complained about the state of the property he verbally abused her. I asked him to leave immediately and he refused- only leaving after a heated exchange. Our doorbell rang at 11.30pm and we were handed a plastic bag with threadbare towels by another individual. The intimidating behaviour of the host and his accomplices unsettled our family group who didnt sleep well. We left early the next morning with several more strangers gathered around the entrance monitoring us for further intimidation. It's quite obvious that a lot of the reviews that have been submitted here have been arranged by the host who seems to have the attitude that visitors to his property should be thankful to him regardless of the state of the property.

It was a good location. The kitchen was well appointed and there were a few essentials. Rooms were of a good size. Very clean.

The couches/sofas were very uncomfortable & need repairing/replacing. There were no bedside lamps. Heating was set to come on/off at inconvenient times but to be fair we were instructed on how to manually over-ride.

Lovely central apartment that all of us as a family enjoyed. Place was clean, comfortable and spacious. Will definitely be back.. thanks so much.
