Very accessible. Walking distance from Abreeza Ayala Malls and it’s in the center of Davao City. Very near to tourist spots.

Staffs are very friendly. Very smooth ang pag check in and out naman unlike sa ibang condos na you have to wait for a couple of minutes or hours before they allow you to enter the unit. Kudos also to the owner. Sobrang bilis kausap and mabait.

"booking.com is a scam if you need to cancel your stay. try calling the phone number they provide."

the location was ok

good luck on being able to cancel after you have paid for the room. they will not pay anything back. they tell you to contact booking.com to get your refund. well booking.com phone numbers do not work

We stayed for 2 nights and it was very relaxing and comfortable. Staff are amiable and responsive to inquiries. The location is accessible and easy to locate, near the Ayala Mall. Smooth check-in and check-out.

I like the aesthetics and the interior design of the condo. The owner and staff are very much accomodating. You get a response in a split seconds. Highly recommended staycation if you plan to travel in Davao City.
