Great location, give you a guide book to look around como with recommendations

While we weren't in this property (due to reasons they had to give us another) I'm assuming that this would bet the case in all locations. The amount of toiletries they give you (body wash, hand soap, dish soap, etc.) was too little for a weeks trip. They are the size of that of hotel rooms except they were not replenished each day. Also there cam be quite a bit of noise - I was hearing garbage trucks operating at 5am. Not the fault of the property of course but something to note.

The location was perfect, the markets were just outside the door and so many shops, bakeries & restaurants on the doorstep. Definitely have a visit to Il Vicolino del Paninaio- a lovely authentic Italian restaurant just around the corner. The room was lovely, slightly small but that is expected as an apartment. Well worth the money. Thank you!

Only issue is there is just one couch - sits about 3 people and a bit annoying to turn the bed into a sofa each morning. Also the key was very stiff to get in.

The apartment was spacious, clean and very well equipped. It was in a great location right in the centre of como and the agents who looked after the property were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

The apartment was quite dark, I feel there should be brighter lights especially in the bathroom.

Check in process was overly complicated. Single bed had broken slots.

Perfect location with beautiful view of cathedral and top of funicular. Guidebook they created was very helpful and it was easy to communicate with the host. Bed was comfortable and there was a lot of space to relax.

The washer cycle took over two hours and you cannot wash and dry at same time.
