I liked that the price was reasonable for a downtown apartment rental.

The property is located in a nice place downtown close to everything whether you choose to walk, drive or take an uber. I wish there was a gym at this location, there is a pool but it was not open.

spacious unit, with all the amenities we needed .Hist very responsive to all and delivered a toaster !

no consistent hot water . Heavy smoking building , smell of weed everywhere . Shady characters going in and out

"If I had to give a short review of my stay I can say the apartments location was the best thing about the property. The"

The property location is great for visiting Atlanta and close to all things in the downtown location. Also not a far drive from anything on the outskirts of town like family and parks.

The only problem with the property was the lack of extra necessities like more tissue than just one roll or more trash bags and cleaning supplies should just be left in the unit in general especially for any nights past a one day stay.
