Hotel 2*, personnel ne parlant pas anglais, clim de la chambre très bruyante, fenêtre ouvrant face à un mur, propreté acceptable sans plus.... pas de petit déjeuner.... mais personnel très serviable

The hotel offers reasonable prices and is very close to the Quang Ninh Museum. The room is equipped with air conditioning, a refrigerator, minibar, electric kettle, free toiletries, and a work desk. In addition to a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, the room also has a beautiful city view. The 24-hour front desk is always ready to assist me with a warm and friendly attitude. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back.

The room was clean and surprisingly spacious for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was a breeze.Breakfast was simple but decent – enough to get the day started. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and some local food spots nearby.

They raise the prices by the time we arrived They were talking too much about how busy the hotel and why they should raise the the cost. They push us to the highest floor which not like a hotel room, it seem like a room for normal house with public tolet

We were moved to 2 different rooms. Both have 2 big croacroaches, sink blocked, etc. We paid for 4 people per room but services were only for 2, I e.: towels and toilet paper, even water is not free. When you have to repeatedly remind them about it, it's just not cool.
