Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 30 per stay, per pet. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets is allowed per booking. Please inform the property in advance of your stay if you plan to bring a pet. Please note that to finalize your booking, you must provide: - front and back copies of all guests' identity documents - the tax identification number of the person making the booking so that we can issue an invoice at the end of your stay (only for Italian customers or those with an Italian tax identification number) - for foreign customers, we require your residential address. - You can send the information - by email to: civicogroup.g@gmail.com Once we have the documents, we will ask you to pay the MANDATORY security deposit of 100 EURO*, the tourist tax and all expenses not included in the stay based on the type of booking, via the link you will receive shortly. Once you have completed the above procedure, we will send you all the information you need to check in and access the apartment. Check-in instructions will be sent by 4 p.m. (on the day of arrival) or earlier, depending on the arrangements made. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions or require any additional information. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
