Closeness to the sea. Linen and towels were very well laundered.

Lounge curtains had the hem hanging down and the two sofas were very grubby. The throws used to cover them were also grubby and far to small to do the job I’m guessing was intended. Absolutely nothing extra that would make guests feel valued or welcome was included. There was no pack of places to visit, guide to the site etc. It took us about 20 minutes to work out the various points to put the hot water on. There was the smallest hand soap and toilet rolls, but no washing up liquid, washing cloths, salt, pepper etc. The shower had no plug over the drain.
