Tutto perfetto, comodo e tranquillo. Posizione perfetta, casa accogliente e grande.

Esta molt aprop de l’estació i amb la cuina ideal per sopar a casa.

La primera planta no esta massa neta. Estaria be que hi hagués sabó per la rentadora.

L’insonorisation Entendre les voisins discuter au travers du mur. Descendre l’escalier. Je me suis fait réveiller les deux matin pas le Airbnb d’à coté offert par le même proprio. Même chose le soir incapable de m’endormir, j’ai dû taper dans le Mur à plusieurs reprises pour qu’ils comprennent qu’il était minuit…

I liked the traditional style architecture with plenty of space. It was great to have a washer and dryer as we were halfway through our travels.also, it was fantastic to have two sleeping areas and we could put our two snorers in one room and not bother us. Since everything was well documented in the description of the place I knew what to expect.

No complaints. Since it's very clear what you are signing up for it's on you if you don't like it.

L'emplacement est tres bon. 5 min de la gare Nijo et proche de tout magasin utile. L'endroit est calme. Pas beaucoup de passage. L'appartement est bien aménagé avec tout le confort possible. On s'est senti comme chez nous.

L'appartement est tres dépendant des voisins. Il n'y a qu'une paroie fine qui sépare les deux appartements mitoyens et si les voisins sont bruyants on peut les entendre.

Other than the difficulty finding the check in office, my experience staying in this accommodation is excellent. The lady in office was very helpful and friendly, explaining as much as possible about Kyoto and our house. The house itself was very strategically located near train station and bus stop, a mall, duty free supermarket and convenience stores. The house had everything we need. The host was very considerate to think about what we need. The house had a coffee machine, complete bathroom set, and even umbrellas for rainy days (very helpful because it was raining for 2 days during our stay). We had a great time staying in this house, definitely will stay here again if we ever come back to Kyoto.
