Upon arrival, I was assigned the only available room (Room 2), located on level PB (street level). Unfortunately, I was unable to remain in the room for even 5 minutes or take any photos due to the overwhelming presence of black mold covering multiple walls. This posed a serious health risk, particularly given the lack of ventilation. The room’s only small window faced directly onto the street and could not be safely opened, as it had no protective covering or barrier. The condition of the room was extremely poor and bore no resemblance to the images shown on the booking platform. The listing was misleading and failed to reflect the actual state of the property. The space appeared unhygienic, neglected, and entirely unsuitable for guests. No alternative room was offered to me. One host did suggest another property, but the photo provided was concerning and did not appear to be a safe or appropriate alternative. I declined the offer, requested a refund, and ultimately had to book a proper hotel through Expedia at my own expense. Despite the clear health and safety concerns, the host refused to issue a refund. As a result, I was forced to escalate the matter and file a dispute with my bank. Given that the property failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness and safety, I believe a full refund is entirely justified.

Le faltan utensilios para limpiar tipo: fregona, cepillo de barrer y eso. Las sartenes estaban quemadas. También destacar que se escucha todo ya que las paredes son ultrafinas
