I would recommend this as the best location for accommodation in Liverpool. A bustling street of cafes, bars and restaurants next to beautiful Sefton Park, within easy reach of town by bus or taxi.

Big apartment, fully equipped kitchen. Helpful host, responding fast. There are a lot of places for food and drinks at Lark Lane.

Noise, especially in the morning. Be prepared with ear caps. 🙂

"Wonderful modern apartment in the heart of Lark Lane"

Super spacious and modern, all mod cons included, superb decor and prime location.

A little noisy on the street and the shower was extremely hot but very minor things.

"I’d book again."

It’s really big compared to most flats I rent. Fee parking close by (on street). Good quality kettle, toaster, pots and pans. That’s quite unique!! Tv in each bedroom and lounge. Proximity to Sefton Park.

The keys for different locks. It would be good to label them. Maybe main door/flat door bottom/flat door top. It was noisy (late night lark lane night life and early morning shop deliveries) but with ear plugs it was absolutely fine. Maybe you could provide complimentary ear plugs for those who aren’t aware. Be good to have some fairy liquid and kitchen spray but that’s no huge issue as we bought some.

"Spacious flat in great location and sensible price."

Great size and really convenient location. Perfect for a family or small group at a reasonable price. Charlie was very responsive and helped with enquiries.

Be prepared for morning noise of deliveries and bin wagons, it is VERY loud from about 6.30/7am. However, we were prepared for that so didn’t trouble us. Could also do with a few extra mugs etc Rubbish bags from previous occupants left in building entrance wasn’t a particularly nice greeting.

"okay but could be better"

location and size of apartment

cleaning was not great. Old food left in oven, floors and bathrooms are a bit dirty. Noise starts at about 630am. Something to note if you aren't an early bird.
