"The worst host"

Ocean view from the room

The whole building is a bit run down. The process of handing over the keys was something terrible and took us up to three hours in total after which I have got wrong code to the apartment and have to spent another 20 minutes calling back and forth. Afterwards, I have been charged 5% of the security deposit of $350, because they are unable to put hold on the card. Apartment was not that bad, but the host was terrible and I would never recommend them. They were acting like scammers.
