El piso está muy bien con absolutamente todo lo necesario, la zona es tranquila, el garaje es otro punto a favor, y poder llevarnos a nuestra perrita de viaje es lo mejor que nos puede pasar. Muchísimas gracias por todas las recomendaciones y la amabilidad. Recomiendo al 100%

L'appartement était agréable et conforme à la description. Emilio était très sympathique et nous a bien conseillé et orienté. Le quartier est très tranquille et on y trouve de tout. Parfait pour découvrir Avilés et autres villes autour.

Un peu éloigné du centre historique mais peut se faire à pied, 25 min environ. Mais près d'une gare.

It was easy to walk into the town in under 30 mins. The owner could not have been any more helpful. He was wonderful. The flat is well equipped and comfortable. Everything you could want.

Close to everything, including the railroad station. Please note though that it is not exactly Aviles, but a suburban area. A nice little park is very close to the house for walking the dogs.
