"Great location but poor management"

Waterfront street, right next to Strand endless beach.

Damage deposit R1'500 was requested on check in. With condition-refund during 72 hours after check out. 120 hours later I still don't have my damage deposit. No damages, place was left clean, refund was promissed twice , but still not received. I find this very unprofessional that guests must remind the host about damage deposit refund again and again and terms are not met.

I love that this place was situated walking distance from the beach. Everything was so beautiful and modern

I didn't like the first bathroom sink and roller door kept getting stuck. House cleaning should of been present every day.
