Happy House

As our flight arrived early in the morning like 6:30am, the host was nice enough to get the place ready at 12pm for us when normal check in is usually at 4pm. It was very helpful as we were so tired not having a good sleep on the plane. The place was spotless clean and the beds are so comfortable. The washing machine + dryer is very convenient. We didn't cook so cannot comment on the cooking facility.

The lifts can be quite busy specially during check-in and check-out hours, we were given the heads up with notices reminding guests to be prepared by allowing extra time.

I like that it has all the amenities and it’s very convenient to the beach area, close to convenience stores too. It has a gym too so fit all our needs

Host was very informative, nice, and prompt in resolving a problem. We arrived later than planned, but had an issue in the room upon arrival. She had already left the premise, but came back to fix it even though she lived an hour away. She even brought me some delicious apples! The room was very clean, and was equipped with many essentials items. The beds were amazingly comfortable. My first priority was cleanliness of the room, so I was very satisfied upon arrival. Of course, I left the room spotless too!

We had a studio room. I didn’t pay attention to the square footage size, so based on the picture alone, I had imagined it bigger. We were a family of 4, but I would say it’s more suitable for 2, at the most. It’s extremely difficult to move around. It’s easy to get bruised from the corner of the beds since the area is so tight. I wouldn’t recommend for any family with small kids. There won’t be any room for the luggage carriers either. Fortunately we only brought backpacks. An area right by the window , where the table and chairs are, very very tight. Also, I think it would be very helpful to have operating instructions (appliances) posted in English too. I am Korean from the U.S., and I am not familiar with the usage of the Korean appliances. I managed, but I struggled a bit.

Everything was awesome about this room. Comfortable, large space with quality furnishings. It is in a great location. You only need to walk across the road to the beach. Very newly refurbished, everything seemed brand new and modern with a laundry washer and dryer in one as well as an impressive water dispenser. The little details about this place make it so incredible. The beds were so comfortable, I just wanted to lie in bed all day instead of going to the beach. Bliss! Easily the best place we've stayed in during our trip to South Korea
