Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR tests are available at this property at no extra charge for those exhibiting symptoms consistent with the virus and have been confirmed by an accredited doctor. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.
