Много спален, на каждом этаже туалеты(на 2-ом их 2, в каждой спальне), кухня с посудомойкой, тостером, вафельницей, чайником и всей посудой, газовая плита, хороший бассейн, 2 зоны на улице сразу у выходов, одна для отдыха, другая для приема пиши, близко магазины, в том числе есть в шаговой доступности(15-20 минут обычным шагом) вид на шикарную зеленую гору, высокие заборы(соседи были, но из дворов вы друг друга не видите, т.е. приватность на уровне) Нам вообще все понравилось, не хотелось уезжать.
