Great, modern one bedroom apartment just off the main roads leading to and from the main square. All the main sights and many great restaurants are within a walking distance. Really loved the bathroom and the bed was comfortable. Great communication withthe host.

Noise insulation is quite bad, it got really noisy at night.

Tizy’s apartment is super close to the center and the main attractions in Catania. Also, very close to the Piazza Borsellino bus station, easy to get there from the airport. The apartment was very clean, the furniture is new and super nice. It has literally whatever you need even an ironing machine. Tizy is an amazing person she was super helpful, providing a lot of info and guidance, also made a lot of great recommendations for restaurants, places for a drink and sight seeing. She constantly checked up on me and asked if I needed something, super available. Renting this apartment really provides the opportunity to explore and enjoy the Catanian life.

Indeed is a bit noisy, I don’t have a problem with that, but for some people that have sleep troubles might be an issue.

The residence is well placed, super equipped and with parking space......and last but not least, with a superhost as Tiziana that were super helpful and provided all possible information of that charming city! Absolutely recommended if you want to visit Catania and having a great experience!!!!

The property is located within walking distance from the main sightseeings. It has a comfy bed, a nice shower, a bidet and kitchenette. The apartment is very clean and is on the ground floor. It has AC, so you can adjust the temperature if you are cold/hot. The TV is a smart one, so you can watch Youtube/Netflix, etc. 2 supermarkets can be found in 2 min. walk. There is a hairdryer in the bathroom and coffeemaker in the kitchen area.

The entrance door is the only one in the apartment. Therefore, it has limited noise-canceling functions. You can clearly hear all street noise - cars, screams, and bikes. Airplugs are recommended. Another thing is the glass upper part of the entrance door - it has the lighter with movement detection and false activations during the night. Because of that, the room is not dark at all. It's hard to sleep there for photosensitive people like me. There is no wardrobe, only one rack for everything, and it is not enough. I missed the working table (there is only a kitchen table). There is no kettle in the property, but you can make hot water by using the stove. There are no windows, you have to open the entrance door in case you need fresh air. It's a bit awkward to see the people outside passing by :)
