Good staff,clean room and not far from centre

Friendly owner but too busy for Lunar Tet preparations

Without prior notice, our booked room was taken by a family member of the homestay owner. Nothing was prepared. No towels, no kettle, no warming blankets. The sink had a leak for 2 days until it was repaired. We found some stuff from the previous guest. The bathroom was especially dirty.

All was fine. Clean, quiet, cozy, safe. The apartment has everything you need for living: kitchen utensils, a stove, an electric kettle, a fridge. The hosts are pleasant nice friendly people. Perfect communication, fast feedback, we got all help about any request. There were no problems at all with check-in or accommodation. We highly recommend this place to everyone!

The place is within walking distance to city center, yet is on a quiet street. The host is very friendly and helpful. We can rent a motorbike at this place too.

The room was not ready (missing toilet paper) when we arrived but the helpful host was willing to accommodate.

Bed was big, for some people too hard but I prefer hard bed over soft. Bathroom is shared with one other room. Lady who owns the place is very nice and kind. She is willing to let you borrow a scooter. Extra water from her on my way out. 10/10 defo

Very friendly, attentive and helpful host. Very spacious apartment, newly built. The hosting Lady was always here for us for a recommendation or help. You also can rent a motorbike. Coffee Shop at the entrance. Quiet place, 5 minutes walk to the first market street. A children friendly place.

A refrigerator was missing in the apartment.
