1. Tiara Desaru is located in a secluded area. There aren't many people around here, so the privacy is good. 2. The swimming pool appears to be the only positive aspect of this establishment. The size is huge and clean, Water slides are for kids. However, the road to the pool is filled with moss (lumut) and very slippery. 3. The unit includes a refrigerator, microwave, dish plates and an induction burner for cooking.

1. We need to travel to another area to get the gate pass to enter the apartment. 2. The Unit: I stayed in D3-03-08. The hygiene of the flat is the worst I've ever encountered. The first thing I saw was the lizard droppings/poop (tahi cicak) next to the window. There are a lot of them, and the bed is right opposite the window. Also, there are hairs on the floor, which I am sure are not mine because I see them the moment I enter the apartment. I need to clean all of these. Remember that the cleaning fee of RM100 is levied separately from the booking fees, and I'm not sure why we have to pay the price for this level of cleanliness. 3. The furniture is there (asal ada); however, the leg of the tiny table in the living area is damaged, and the water heater is not working. The balcony is also covered in moss, making it unsuitable for hanging out. There is no spot or drying rack to dry your wet swimming suit, therefore I have to hang it on the balcony chair. 4. The mattress is not very comfy, and the couch bed is likewise not particularly wonderful. I assume the furniture is just there (asal ada). 5. No free WiFi is given although I pay RM394+RM100 (security deposit) per night in here.

Great place, great swimming pool, close the beach. Big rooms.

It would have been better if the building are painted, most of the building paint was stained or peeling off.

1. Faulty faucet. 2. The sofa bed in the living room is actually not sofa bed, it is just a normal sofa. And it is considered short for people to sleep on it comfortably. 3. I think no need to put the automatic spray dispenser in the room or can change the air refresher used because the smell is too strong and irritating the nose. 4. The balcony is too dirty. 5. I think the free wifi name and password can directly stated inside the manual so that no need to keep contact staff for the details.
