1. Proximity to beach - right in front. 2. Cleanliness in general. 3. Heating adequate.

1. Apartment a bit small, but you get what you pay for. 2. Restaurant right under - a bit of noise during the day, but not problem if windows are closed. Very quiet at night. 3. Parking lot a bit small, but at least it is in-premise, and not on-street.
