Brilliant and friendly host who met us on arrival. The annex was lovely and clean and spacious. Gated driveway so nice and secure. Under a 10 minute drive to wedding venue Pendrell Hall Nice touch of the biscuits

Toilet water tank took a long time to refill and as a result the toilet didn't always flush

"Basic but nicely decorated."

The flat was lovely & clean. It was a basic flat intended for short stays, Ideal for just sleeping & eating out. The host Flo was a lovely lady gave us a lovely welcome.

The flat could have done with some extra shelves, as there was nowhere to put your things on the sofa was a little uncomfortable, basic facilities in the kitchen only two mugs just two or three of other items. Bed was difficult to get out of as we were elderly couple, the bed was too closed to the wall otherwise our stay was ok.
