- location perfect, sea front and close to Dassia village - quite place and area of apartment house nice and clean - whole area private with gate, private small beach with sunbeds - building A much better, apartments A1, A2 and A3 perfect - new furniture, spacious with terrace facing pool and sea - comfortable beds, quality pillows, comfortable beddings and towells - new ceiling fans in some rooms - windows with shutters

- studio on ground floor building B - small and musty smell, old furniture (except bed) - old loud aircondition (really terrible noise) - loud fridge (1 sofa for 3rd person was in the kitchen) - beach - shallow water, pebbles, rocks and muddy bottom (but water was nice, clean wish fish, even crab) - water sports from Dassia beach were disturbing and you can hear animations from Ikos hotels as well - due the smell we have to move to other room and pay extra charge for bigger apartment, we did not receive any discount (explanation of the manager = because you booked it via booking.com) - 2 separate buildings and not all the room same quality
