Just had a lovely stay in this flat. The location is excellent. Plenty of shops within minutes like b&m, peacocks, co-op, Greggs, dominos, fish and chip shops, restaurants, cafes, ice-cream stalls and souvenir shops. New Aldi only 5min walk away. Easy walk to Coney beach/fair/arcades and just a bit further you can walk through the dunes to the big trecco bay complex and beach that has lots of entertainment and bars. The flat was perfect. We stayed on a Sunday night so can't comment on any noise being in town. We didn't have any problems. It is on the pricer side but for a town centre location and the specs it was well worth the price. Host was fantastic and answered any queries immediately. There's a handy info book put together by the host with best places to eat and activities ect. Kids really enjoyed the ice lollies and chocolate in the fridge! Also a lovely touch leaving out some beach towels and buckets and spades. Flat was very clean and tidy and was a nice touch to have fans in each room when it was so hot. Would be perfect in the winter too with the hive heating. We've stayed in Trecco Bay before and actually preferred this location and flat. Would definitely stay again.

Didn't bother us at all but the steps up to the flat are quite narrow and steep as are the steps up to the (beautiful) living and kitchen area. We were fine but might be difficult to manoeuvre with mobility issues or very young children.
