Flashlights in all rooms, kids room welcoming. Most supplies well stocked.

Corner shower on 3rd floor seemed clogged, overflowed the shower pan & leaked all over floor. Top room ceilings low, no hanging rack for clothes, more towels or rags needed.

A very convenient location Our daughter & her partner climbed Ben Nevis!

Quiet location, with space to socialise in the kitchen / lounge. Well equipped, and the tea/biscuits were very much appreciated for when we arrived. We would quite happily look to stay here again if we ever come back to Fort William.

It was very clean and had nice little touches, such as the torches in each room…even though they were not needed.

this place surprised us! it is soooo much more than a self catering appt. it’s a gorgeous home - so cozy, comfortable and welcoming. all little details are thought of. the place is perfect for a short or long stay.

Not enough dishes and too much plastic. A very old and dirty fried pan.

The location was great and the area that we were in was nice and easily accessed.

We loved this place! The pictures online do not do it justice. We loved having the whole house with three bedrooms and two toilets. We were surprised that the hosts left us some treats on the table.

The dryer part of the washer/dryer didn't get the clothes dry. Maybe we didn't do the correct settings. We hung the clothes on the clothes rack, but they took a couple of days to dry. We are used to desert air that dries clothes in an hour.

Our hosts made the accommodations very comfortable. Clean, comfy, charmingly decorated with touches of the highlands. Quiet neighborhood and convenient location.
