"What a mess"

Location

Cleanliness, beds had been slept in, food on the floor, dirty linen in the bathroom. Had to clean up and finally after several hours of trying to get a hold of host they came and changed the bedding. Very embarrassing bringing my overseas family here to this. Was told I'd get cleaning refund and going on 4 weeks haven't seen it yet.
