La vue sur Pinel et la piscine sont des atouts majeurs. Le logement est très bien équipé . Nicolas a su répondre présent à nos sollicitations.

Le lieu etait très sympa. Très proche de l embarcadère de l ilet pinel. La piscine etait propre et jamais beaucoup de monde. Un parking est gratuit. Le logement est entièrement climatisé. L équipement est moderne. 2 salle de bain et 2 toilettes un vrai plus. Linge de toilette suffisant et est tres propre. Comme la litterie. Pleins de jeux de société et de livres mis a disposition. Hote hyper reactive.

Les sargasses. 😪 Malheureusement l embarcadère de l ilet pinel en etait rempli donc les mauvaises odeurs étaient la. C est la faute de la nature et non de l établissement. Si nous devons donner un conseil c est peut etre avoir un surmatelas pour plus de confort dans la chambre du bas mais c est vraiment pour chipoter. 🤣

The location of the accommodation was perfect — the most beautiful view of the bay and the island of Pinel. The view of the sunrise is fantastic, especially for early risers. The ferry to Pinel Island is just a few minutes' walk away and is a must during your stay. Although a rental car is almost essential, it is recommended on SXM anyway. Baie Orientale, Anse Marcel, Grand Case and Happy Bay Beach are just a few minutes away. It should also be mentioned that you can drive around the island in less than an hour, and therefore beaches such as Mullet Bay and Baie Rouge are also very easy to reach with a rental car. The accommodation is optimally equipped with all kitchen appliances (toaster, microwave, blender, stove, oven, etc.) to cook for yourself, but if you want, there are also some good restaurants nearby as well as a larger supermarket (Super U). If you want a more upmarket meal, you can quickly get back to Grand Case and Baie Orientale. Everything in the accommodation was clean and still in top condition, the kitchen is also in top condition, and the WLAN was ultrafast. The pool was beautiful and you could easily swim a few lengths in it. The handover of the keys also went smoothly without much notice and the host took good care of everyone. All in all, it is the perfect accommodation for people looking for some peace and quiet away from the larger hotels. We got greated by our hostess Sylivie. Who was on time and showed us the apartment. Stylish apartment, clean, plenty of room and storage. Quiet neighborhood. Supermarket nearby. (Car needed on the island) Fully equiped kitchen. Well mantained swimming pool.

Really can't think of anything.
