Appartamento veramente bello e tutto molto pulito. Cucina attrezzata. Disponibile anche la lavatrice. Non manca nulla. Parcheggio facilmente disponibile.

Non c'è l'ascensore ma per brevi soggiorni si può fare a meno.

Actually, I don't recommend it although it's spacious and has the potential to be perfect. Yet, nothing seems to be working. We stayed for 4 days over Christmas and we were seriously considering changing the apartment the very moment there was the power outage in the flat, which happens whenever more than two electric devices are being used. So, to be precise, you are allowed to plug in e.g. a hairdryer plus a water heater. If you accidentally forget about those horrid rules and plug in a coffee maker, there is a power cut. Not funny at all. We had had it 4 times in a row before we eventually realized how it worked. The big 4-burner gas stove is just useless, doesn't work at all. Instead we got a two-burner electric stove, which was a real nuisance given the odd rules mentioned above. Oh, the water was not even hot for a moment. The place was cold since 1 air-conditioner was barely sufficient to heat the whole place. Well, the host was apologetic and almost close to tears when we got really mad, but dont trust her demeanour, it's all fake and staged. So, to cut a long story short, if you are not planning to stay in colder months or you just need a bed to crash, it's OK, but definitely not for a longer stay.

everything. nothing works, not even AC's at least in the rooms, the were only central heating and the landlord advised us that it doesn't work, not even a water heater, and the surpipes smells like something died in the pipes, electricity shuts off when switching on something even simply with the coffee machine, that we ended up paying for another stay. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Everything was impeccable.

the appartment (and the building) is very clean and comfortable. we used it as a base to visit modica,noto and scicli. ragusa ibla is around 30min walking(maybe less). we could always find parking in the street around the corner. the appartment look even better than it seems on the pics.good wifi. all recommendations
