QAThe staff hospitality were very good, responsive when we had issue with one of door handle. Got extra fans during hot summer and even bouquet of flowers to welcome us.
Parking is basically unavailable nearby, all available spot were used by the neigborhood. Building in the front of us is still in construction thus taking a lot of street and make noise.
HKThe view is good from the window. The apartment is very new. Washing machine, fridge, tv, sofa, bed, shampoo and shower, towel etc, it really is full package. Parking is given in my case. Not a given space, but there is area you can park overnight and day
I use the metro link most of the time. The walking distance is there. For ladies not very brave, better go with someone.
