USAll the little touches in this apartment gives it a great vibe and we really enjoyed spending time there, not just sleeping there. Located in a good neighborhood with easy parking. The amenities provided were on point, beds comfortable, everything is clean and the kitchen is well stocked.
It's in a historic home offering tons of boho charm, but it also means the staircases are narrow and the walls are relatively thin. If hearing some laughter echoing from another unit or some thumps from loud walkers above you really sticks in your craw, then this may not be the place for you.
AUThe location was excellent and in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication was great from the owner. The apartment was spotless and had a great vibe to it, was comfortable and homey.
While we appreciated that the property is a period property, the creaks in the flooring, stairs and the doors was to be considered if up late/early for others that were staying elsewhere in the other apartments within the property, and similarly we could hear the person upstairs walking around. Not a dealbreaker but something to be mindful of.
CAThe house is clean and tidy, with a friendly host who makes you feel welcome. It’s quiet and comfortable, and the facilities meet all expectations.
USUSUSClean, nicely decorated. Plenty of space for two people staying in two rooms. Had the amenities we needed. Host communication was excellent. Parking was ample and convenient. Location seemed safe (residential; a school park across the street).
The (unavoidable) noise from other people in the building - voices, footsteps, tv. To be clear, the listing said to expect this and this isn't anyone's fault. No one was being especially loud or obnoxious; it just is this way in an old home converted into multiple units. I'm only reporting it here - if you are sensitive to noises from other guests and/or wake up easily from external noises, then you may not like this unit. Again, no one is at fault; it's just a warning.

DEEverything was perfect. The flat was exactly as on the fotos. Parking was good and easy. Very clean. You can feel, that the flat is filled with love. Got a lot of good recommendations of the owner for Kansas City. Was happy to stay there and will come back

USThe location was perfect for getting to Arrowhead stadium. We were able to get to the stadium without having to get on the interstate. The host was awesome. Incredibly easy check-in and very prompt communication.
I didn't think the bed was very comfortable, but that is subjective. Because of the age of the building, you can hear other people entering and exiting the property, however the property managers makes sure that everyone follows the quiet hours, somewhat mitigating the noise.
