So much fun for the kids

Not all the play equipment was playable

Excellent room Great location - quiet area but still close to trains and buses so easy to get anywhere Lots of lovely little restaurants and bakeries around and some family restaurants too The play bed was such a hit. As was the outside climbing wall, the bubble pop wall. This place rated higher than Disney for my 4 year old

Could do with a little more counter space but other than that perfect!

Its amazing for family with kids. The theme and design makes kids happy

The check in process need you to come to other buildings outside kyoto station

The location n amenities around is superb. Especially the fresco supermarket nearby, lots of food choices. bus stop is near too although the metro is quite a walk.

We got the most awkward room layout like none in the pictures. No space for luggage at all. We are also prepared with the fact that we need to check in at another location. But panicked a little when our same day luggage forwarding did not arrive when we wanted to check in, cause that will mean we will need to come back to the reception later. luckily it arrived when we are done with the check in process, so we can haul it together in the shuttle bus. Plan well if you have luggage delivery cause you cant deliver it straight to the hotel.

The staff at the check-in counter was very nice and the location was good. Also the rooms had a good size

We felt that the quality of the stay could be improved with more kitchen tools. Also the furniture layout and composition could be better adapted to the needs of a family. e.g. a dining table vs a coffee table

Kids love the fscility. Room was spacious for 4. Hotel is clean and neat. Overall we enjoy our stay there.

10 mins distance walk to the nearest metro.

The decorations and theme were awesome. Didn't travel with kids, but my family is all children at heart, so it was a blast. The location was perfect and the whole place very clean.

I apparently didn't read the description carefully enough because I thought the room came with at least a microwave and a small kitchen, but the aquatic room does not.
