Sunset Beach 4 Bedroom Villa 200m to Beach+Fast WIFI

We had a really enjoyable family stay at Sunset Beach Villa. Travelling as a group of two adults and three teenagers, the space worked perfectly for us all. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed during our stay, which made self-catering easy and convenient. The bedrooms were comfortable, ensuring everyone got a good night’s rest after busy days. We especially loved the outdoor areas — there were plenty of spaces to relax, and they provided great shelter from the wind, making it enjoyable to spend time outside. The walk into town is about 2.5 km, which is a bit of a trek, but we found it manageable and a nice way to take in the surroundings. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend Sunset Beach Villa for a relaxed family getaway.

The only small downside for us was the lack of beach towels. Including these would make it even more convenient for guests, especially those travelling light.

Wir hätten vorherige Bewertungen ernst nehmen sollen - es gab tatsächlich Tränen bei den Kindern, als wir abreisen mussten. Diese Unterkunft hatte einfach alles, was man sich wünschen konnte. Von Hochstühlen, Reisebetten, Kinderspielzeug und Treppenschutz über Kinoterrasse und gut ausgestattete Küche bis zu SUP, Sonnenschirme und Strandmuschel. Einfach perfekt für Familien auch mit kleinen Kindern. Die Villa bietet so viele Möglichkeiten zum Spielen, Entspannen und Entdecken. Die Nähe zum Strand und der Stadt mit Essens- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt). Besonders positiv war auch die schnelle Reaktionszeit des Vermieters bei Fragen und Anliegen. Uns wurde sogar bei Erkrankung eines Kindes eine deutschsprachige Ärztin empfohlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Eine Türklinke in einem der Schlafzimmer fiel immer wieder ab und auch die Türe der Spülmaschine hatte einen Knacks (was die Funktionalität nicht beeinträchtigte). Aber auch hier war der Vermieter sehr aufmerksam und versicherte, sich darum zu kümmern.

La maison est agréable et confortable dans un quartier résidentiel, très calme et très bien placé. Il y a de tout, les ustensile nécessaires, des chargeurs et tout ce qu'il faut. La plage est à 4 mn à pied avec une très belle promenade. Un très jolie centre commercial, El Campanario, à 10 mn à pied avec un Hyperdino, sinon dans la rue parallèle 4 mn à pied, il y a un expressedino. Garage très pratique.

Il y avait des micros bestioles dans la cuisine sur les plans de travail. Certains matelas un peu trop mou pour nos goût. Des mégots de cigarette dans le barbecue.

Que no estaba muy limpio,había bastante polvo,y muchas escaleras.

La casa era molto spaziosa e pulita, in una posizione davvero comoda. Il garage è stato un vero valore aggiunto, molto pratico. Abbiamo apprezzato anche la piscina in comune, perfetta per rilassarsi un po’. Tom è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Soggiorno davvero piacevole!
