The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Even though not close to the beach (we didn’t rent a car), the shuttle bus goes to Carvoeiro 3 times a day and it’s free. Great location, close to many attractions and we just used Bolt to visit other places. Caroline was extremely helpful and friendly, she’s a real asset to this hotel. We booked bed and breakfast as didn’t want to book half board after reading the reviews regarding the dinner on here. (Plus for £22pp for dinner you can easily dine out). Breakfast was exceptional, would highly recommend. We went for dinner at Brasserie Rosal (the only restaurant in walking distance) and found the food and service great. Hopefully this hotel will still be operating next year as we really would love to visit again!

Loved everything, the only thing that I would change is to have a power socket close to a mirror as it is difficult to blow dry your hair if you can’t see what you’re doing 😬

Uno degli hotel più belli e curati in cui abbia mai alloggiato. La colazione fantastica, la posizione comoda e il parcheggio gratuito dell’hotel. Anche gli spazi esterni come le piscine e tutte le aree verdi sono fantastici!

Nella nostra stanza (la 105) era impossibile modificare la temperatura dell’aria condizionata in quanto ci hanno spiegato alla reception che questa stanza condivide lo stesso sistema centralizzato con la stanza 106. Siccome non era possibile aprire la finestra per la moltitudine di zanzare, abbiamo dovuto dormire con una temperatura pre impostata molto calda che non ci ha dormire troppo bene.

Amazing hotel with beautiful territory, relaxing vibe, nice rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast is good with lots of options.

Not a disadvantage - but the hotel is quite far from everything, although this fact has some benefits -its quiet and peaceful, I would suggest renting a car or using Uber. Hotel also provides free shuttle bus to Carvoeiro and back.

Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen! Wir haben ein Upgrade in eine Villa bekommen, diese war groß und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Anlage und der Pool sind sehr schön. Wir haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war lecker.

Das Abendessen hat uns leider nicht so gut geschmeckt

Great peaceful hotel, all fully renovated, beautiful design, huge territory, helpful staff.

Would be great to have some gluten free bread for breakfast.
