The matress is totalled. How can this be a hotel with such a terrible bed ? The most important thing is the bed and that was very uncomfortable, Gave me body pains . the couch was like sitting on a rock . The curtain together with the rail fell off the wall. It wasn't even mounted , no body wash in the shower, cockroaches in the kitchen , disgusting, no value for money, definitely not a maintained place and i certainly will never come back as this was embarrassing for me to take my partner here for a night during a holiday. I do no recommend this place to anyone as it is a waste of money. The owners need to spend a night in this unit to experience what the unhappy clients have paid so much money for. Ridiculous from a hotel in umhlanga.

They was no WiFi and the host didn’t answer my calls when I wanted him to fix the wifi

The location and the building management was good, they assisted and accommodated 2 vehicles. The owner was not available to sort out the parking the next day. He did not answer his phone despite calling him numerous times. The saff at the property was very nice accomodating and understanding.

The apartment was not clean. It had baby roaches in the kitchen coming out from behind the cupboards. No diswash soap and cleaning agents provided. Aircon was not functional. The bedding had a damp smell.

Absolutely nothing , the property was terrible would not recommend anybody going there the aircon was broken it was stuck on heater I called the owner he said he will send someone but nobody came
