Very cosy and spacious dorm, very large and comfortable bed , nice staff and very good showers & toilets. I first booked for a few days then ended up staying more than a week

Tout était très bien, les lits sont grands et très confortables, ce que je cherchais, je voyage à moto et j'avais mal au dos à cause des routes dégradées et j'ai pu reprendre un peu de force dans cet hostel ! La propreté était vérifiée régulièrement, l'hôte était très sympa et est toujours disponible. L'hostel est très bien équipé. Il y a des commerces (boulangerie, supermarché, marché où acheter des fruits et légumes) à proximité.

Very good experience, early check-in, best personal, very sensitive to my personal needs and requests.

The hostel is nice, clean, beds are good. Was a little weird that I was alone in a 10 bed room, while I hear people in other rooms, but ok.

The issue was not the hostel itself, but rather the way the situation was handled. During check-in, the woman at reception kindly informed me that checkout was at 12:00. Since this is later than most hostels, I even repeated the time back to her to make sure I understood correctly. I trusted the information given to me and planned my morning around it. The following day, while I was still in the room waiting for 12:00, a man who I assume was the owner entered and told me I needed to check out immediately. I politely mentioned that I had been told checkout was at 12:00, but instead of clarifying the misunderstanding professionally, he responded with a sarcastic laugh which to me implied that I was simply trying to stay longer on purpose. What disappointed me most was not the confusion itself — misunderstandings happen everywhere — but the dismissive and accusatory way the situation was handled. The room was empty, I was not causing any inconvenience, and I had simply relied on the information I had been given by staff. A more respectful response would have made all the difference. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe professionalism and communication are especially important in a hostel environment, where guests expect a welcoming and respectful atmosphere. At the end of the day, we are all human, and anyone can make a mistake. I simply believe the situation could have been handled with far more understanding and respect.
