"Amazing property, friendly staff, good all inclusive"

The hotel is amazing - pools, greenery & amazing and attentive staff. We got upgraded from sea view room to a room with shared pool, which was amazing and an unforgettable positive experience! When we checked in around 4-5pm the restaurants were closed & only the snack bar was open, so they provided us with complimentary room service, which again was very much appreciated. On Sunday we wanted to do a late check out - our room was going to be occupied, so they let us use another empty room to store our stuff & take a shower before leaving the hotel at about 4pm. Overall the staff & hotel manager went above and beyond for us, for which we are very grateful! Now let me say - the property is stunning, food is tasty, variety & choose of cocktails was top & to be honest I haven’t had such great cocktails at an all inclusive in a while! Friday night - live violin at the bar. Saturday- DJ set. Bravo! We will recommend to our friends! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Although the overall experience was great, there are a few little things, which if fixed would make the experience a 11/10: 1) housekeeping should be faster with daily cleaning of the rooms (towels waste bins should be changed before 2pm, not after). 2) there are birds that poop all over & it should be cleaned daily. 3) Although the beach of the property is nothing special & we came for the pools - we think that it would be great if the sand is cleaned from the sticks & trash - at least around the hotels sun beds. 4) A little more seafood at the buffet would be much appreciated - we are in Greece after all & the sea is right below :) Overall these aren’t things which should be a problem, but are easy fixes that would make this hotel exceptional!
