The host has always been very prompt, extremely helpful and really just one Whatsapp message away. The location is very good, bus stop is right around the corner, as well as the supermarket. Comfortable bed, room heated well enough for this time of the year, all amenities needed were provided exactly as described here - and if anything was required additionally, the host is always there to promptly assist.

Not necessarily an inconvenience for me because I did not spend much time in the room, but maybe other travellers need to be aware: the room is at ground floor, with street view, and the blinds cannot really be kept up, in order to have daylight in the room - this would mean that everyone walking down the street could see you there. But for me there hasn't really been anything unpleasant - thank you Cinzia & Anna!!

Appartement correct. Anna qui vous accueille et gère les problèmes est vraiment très professionnelle et super gentille. A 20mn du centre à pied mais à 10mn d'un supermarché.

I just simply like it. Everything was here what we needed, beds were comfortable and host were super sweet.

Clean, equipped apartment. Kind, helpful owner, available always. Access to the apartment is easy, the pictures correspond to reality. Recommend for couples.

Located in good area with easy reach of buses. Clean and functional. Comfy mattress but we couldn’t sleep well as guests on floor above were extremely noisy Signora Anna fantastica. Super gentile e disponibile ad aiutare con piccoli intoppi.

Bed is comfortable. Location is walking distance to attractions. Upstairs lounge is nice.

So many things… .There is a coffee maker, but only enough coffee for 1 day of my stay (1 pod) and it was never replaced . I used all the napkins provided and didn’t get anymore from the cleaner . The only sink available is in the bathroom and will not allow you to refill your water bottle due to short height . The shade for the window doesn’t cover the window making it light at all hours (see photo taken from bed in morning upon waking) . There is no bath mat for stepping out of the shower. I thought it was overlooked, but after the cleaner came there still was no bath mat. Wet feet on concrete floor=slippery . No bidet towel, only shower towel and hand towel provided . NOISY . I came back to my room to find the keys to my door hanging in the door. Anyone could have come into my room and when the cleaner came to take the keys she hung them on a hook in the common area. Again anyone could use them they are right there. . The main door from the street was never locked, always just a push to open . After seeing the keys in my door I discovered money missing from my backpack I felt the host didn’t care about the security of my belongings in the room. When I told the host about keys in the door and money missing I felt she dismissed it saying the keys were only temporarily in the door and I must have spent the money and forgot. The more days I thought about it, I was able to retrace my steps and recount my spending and I did not spend the money. Since there is no way to prove money went missing I didn’t pursue it further.

The room was good, comfortable and clean, it has air conditioning, which is a must in summer, and the host was very friendly.

The electricity went out two nights, and for 3 people the room was smaller than I expected from the photos.

La estancia ha sido muy buena , el dueño muy colaborador en todo momento, tanto para facilitar el check in como para el check out , dejándonos dejar las maletas hasta nuestra marcha,. El aparcamiento está bien sin pagar. Pero está a 30 min andando del centro histórico q tampoco es lejos.
