Breakfast was good, could have had some fruit every day with less bread. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Special shout out to Arii who looked after us right from booking till we left the island. Thanks for everything Arii.

Clean, close to airport, market and eateries. Very nice host. I will only stay here in the future when coming to Papeete because I had such a wonderful experience

Le rapport qualité/prix imbattable sur l’île ! Logement spacieux et très fonctionnel, situé à 15 min à pieds de la belle plage de Matira. Une alimentation générale se trouve également à quelques mètres.

It was very clean and new. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was quite big. The breakfast on the terrasse was a great plus. Arii even accommodated a late checkout which was great. Very close to Matira Beach and to a supermarket.

Since this is an apartment, I would expect some basic cooking items such as salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar to cook.

Everything was fine. The accommodation was as described and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful – thank you for the pleasant stay!

Shortly before our arrival, we read a review mentioning an unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. Unfortunately, we also noticed this from time to time, especially when the air conditioning was off. As a craftsman, my impression is that there might be a small issue with the toilet pipe, which could allow some smell from the drain. However, it wasn’t really a big problem.

The house is modern, clean, and well maintained. It is located in a quiet area, about a 15-minute walk from the best public beach and a few minutes to several restaurants. There is also a nearby supermarket, which adds convenience despite the higher prices.

Throughout our stay, the toilet emitted a persistent and unpleasant smell of urine, which affected our comfort. Beach towels and hand towels were not provided, and the breakfast was very poor — just a few pieces of bread, croissants, and fruit for two people, without any drinks (no water, juice, or milk). The outdoor area also lacked privacy, which was disappointing.

Studio très confortable (super literie) et parfaitement propre. Bien placé à proximité de Matira. Petit déjeuner déposé le matin, agréable ! Arii qui nous a accueilli était charmante et nous a donné des instructions claires en amont du séjour et à l’arrivée.

Un peu plus d’équipements de cuisine (poêle, casserole) serait bienvenu, notamment pour des séjours plus longs.

Big room and clean, close to a mini market, host was responsive and nice

- Noisy fridge all day long, freezer did not even work - bedsheets, comforter and pillow smelled completely full of laundry softener like they used an entire laundry softner (e.g. you go into the home and it smells completely toxic more than a duty free parfume section), it was so toxic that I could not sleep the first night, then I wrote the host and they offered to give me parfume free sheets and when the cleaning lady came, the sheets where also full of fragrance again. But maybe that’s how it is here - no mosquito nets on the windows and there were quite a few mosquitos, so we couldn’t sleep with open windows if we wanted to - no iron - a few more amenities would have been nice like salt, pepper for cooking etc.

Super emplacement, a côté de la plage et des restaurants à pied. Supérette bien pratique au coin de la rue. Le plus le pdj livre le matin sur la terrasse. Un 2 roues ou une voiture reste cependant très utile pour visiter cette très belle ile
