Everything, rooms.and staff exceeded expectations

Not a huge fan of shower in baths.

La situation, les équipements, la gentillesse et la compétence du personnel, bon petit déjeuner.

Des travaux de rénovation doivent être entrepris ( une porte de placard chute à son ouverture, plomberie de la salle de bains)

I loved the whole place, it was truly beautiful.

It wasn't a very relaxing experience for me even though it has spa facilities. My friend moved his room and they put him in an internal room that had no window to the world. There was a young man sat talking on his walkie talking loud outside my room in the evenings and the wooden floors were polished outside my door at 5. 30am and all night long a pop up bar at the end of the side street played loud music cranking it up at 3am to 5am. We had booked for 2 weeks but left after one week to a much quieter little oasis away from pub street. Apart from the noise and location, its a beautiful place, if you have come to visit the bars and nightlife, and busyness then it will suit you. The decor is so gorgeous, like staying in a Temple, the staff were really lovely.

Es un hotel muy interesante, muy bonito, con alma, sientes que estas en camboya. No es como otros hoteles que entras y podrías estar en cualquier parte del mundo, este es muy singular. Las habitaciones son enooooooooooormes al menos la mia era gigante. El desayuno tambien muy rico. Y la atención de todo el personal fue muy buena.

Beautiful Hotel beside the night markets and close to Pub Street

The staffs. They are well trained in hospitality.

No room dine-in services. Suggest to have some basic food delivery services at least.
