Downtown, close to Old Town, Family friendly - IVO10

Good location, clean apartment, welcome kit (water and cookies, slippers) easy check-in

When we arrived, the bedroom was cold, so we asked the owner how to turn on the heating (radiator). She gave us vague and unhelpful instructions that didn’t work. When we informed her again, she just told us to wait but the heating still didn’t come on. I ended up having to sleep with extra layers of clothing just to stay warm at night What’s more disappointing is that they didn’t even bother to follow up or ask if everything was okay with the heating. Honestly, I don't think it's my responsibility as a guest to troubleshoot heating issues during my vacation. Also, the kitchen equipment was lacking: There was no pasta strainer No bread knife Only one medium-sized pot for cooking The frying pans had clearly seen better days

The room is very close to the old town and the most of the monuments ! Very clean

Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα άσχετα με την παλαιότητα της πολυκατοικίας και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο .

Το πολύ αργά στο check in και το πολύ νωρίς στο check out που θεωρώ δεν είναι και καλό .

Lovely light, airy and very well equipped apartment, spacious enough for two. Altogether a very pleasant stay. Only ten minutes away from the Old Town and within walking distance of most places of interest. On street parking, free at the moment put about to introduce parking fee from October. Only approx £6 per day (free from 8pm to 8am) so still manageable. Very good value for location!

Amazing old building (built in 1890s) but area a little run down now, so ten minute walk to Old Town not exactly picturesque! Felt safe though as it was all well lit and proximity to everything definitely a plus.

Neat, clean and tidy. Positioned well in old town. All facilities I could want.
