La ubicación es excelente, en en interior de la zona amurallada. A 10 minutos de los puntos más populares de la zona. El alojamiento, aunque sencillo, tiene el encanto histórico y decadente de Cagliari. Lo recomiendo.

El agua caliente se acaba rápido y el secador se para en cuanto coge un poco de temperatura.

Tutto perfetto, struttura molto pulita ed accogliente, Denise è stata una bravissima host. Ci ha dato dei consigli che ci sono stati molto utili. Torneremo sicuramente consigliatissimo

Nulla tutto perfetto

Posizione in centro di Cagliari zona Bastioni di S. Caterina/Torre dell'elefante e a due passi dalla Cattedrale. Vicino al porto ma lontano dai rumorosi bar e ristoranti. L'appartamento è al primo piano di un edificio antico in via di rifacimento. La stanza 2 è la più piccola ma sufficiente per un soggiorno breve. Letto confortevole. Nello spazio comune ci sono: piccolo lavello, frigo in comune, macchinetta per caffè in cialde. Ringrazio Eloise per l'accoglienza e gli utili consigli. Se arrivate a piedi dalla stazione fatevi indicare l'ascensore dei Bastioni che vi eviterà le fatiche della salita da via Roma

È presente una sola finestra che dà su un piccolo cortile interno, la struttura è in materiale tufaceo per cui serve azionare l'areatore per favorire il ricambio dell'aria. La porta della stanza ha telaio in metallo e pannello in vetro opaco se capitate con vicini chiassosi sentite tutto. Segnalo ai proprietari che il box doccia non chiude bene e questo può creare scomode perdite di acqua sul pavimento.

Tolle Lage, allerdings nicht barrierefrei oder für Menschen mit Einschränkungen beim Gehen geeignet, da es auf dem Berg gelegen ist. Es war sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfreich. Viel Platz und einmaliges Design.

Es gab wenig warmes wasser, es konnten nicht 2 Personen hintereinander heiß duschen

Pokój jest bez okien, jest ciemny, zdjęcia są okłamane, głośno słychać wszystkie dźwięki sąsiadów nawet na zewnątrz budynku. Nie polecam ciemny pokój tylko na korytarzu okno ale zaciemnione bo są z każdej strony mury innych budynków tworząc trójkąt. Nie polecam chyba że lubisz spać w ciemnej norce bez światła na świat. Widno jest dopiero jak zapalisz wszędzie światło.

Great location, interesting and old, not too small.

The door key. The key to our room was a strange small round metal chunk, kind of like a lug nut. The host described carefully how to use this key, but there was no easy way to secure this key - it could not connect to a standard key ring, hook, or lanyard in your bag. Because of this, we ended up misplacing the key temporarily. This caused much stress as the host was not reachable all evening. We were almost forced to find another place to stay since we could not reach the host. In fairness, there were other numbers provided for emergency contacts, but we did not take a picture of those before we left the room because until that evening, the host had been very good with communication. The host acknowledged that the key was strange, and suggested that we could just leave the key unsecured in the building, but we were not comfortable with that. In the end everything was ok because we found the key, but it caused a significant amount of stress as we tried to decide what to do. Also booking.com was not willing to help us in any way other than contacting the host, and they also must not have had the other emergency contact numbers or else they would have tried them.
