Everything. Great location for a walking holiday.

Not an issue for us but if you have a car it’s not the best property. Parking is on the road but not the easiest to get at anytime of the day. City workers park during the day and other residents park at night. Very rear to see empty spaces.

"Beautiful House, Close to everything"

We were given a door code which is so much better than having to worry about a key especially during our stay as we went to Electric Avenue Festival. 20 minute walk to Riverside Markets, around a 30 minute walk to Hagley Park. Close to all amenities - coffee shop around the corner, BBQ restaurant up the road (Smokey T's), Dairy across the road. Such an amazing place to relax in especially after a long day at a festival. Excellent comms from hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

"Comfortable and clean, but a lot of walking."

clean and modern. Very good television, logged in with credentials already. Efficient washing machine and dryer.

It would be better to have more than just two cups, plates, bowls, glasses etc. Only two of everything is tricky….. Otherwise well equipped with cooking equipment. Also it was further out of the centre than we thought. Right at the other end of Cashel Street from the botanical gardens and town.

Close to everything with a lovely cafe nearby to get breakfast. Perfect for sightseeing - you can walk everywhere in 30 minutes.

10-15 minutes walk to downtown Christchurch. Spacious, modern and very clean.
