Very clean and comfortable property, with super dog friendly garden. This was our second stay here and the weather was warm enough to enjoy the garden. All the 'kit' you could wish for in the kitchen, and huge smart TV.

"Just what we needed to decompress and chill"

Very clean, home from home everything you needed and loved the ‘teenage’ room upstairs!! Loads of tv channels for rainy days

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable as the arms a bit low

"Excellent house with everything you need very close to the beach and for exploring Rye and Winchelsea."

Great location very close to the beach. Excellent facilities, loved hot tub and outside space. Plenty of room for everyone.

The pillows were very hard.

"Great long weekend break"

The property is well located and well equipped and with decent products. I've never stayed somewhere that supplies so many items. My 1 negative comment would be, it needs a little TLC.
