Deux belles pièces avec petite cuisine équipée au dernier étage d’un immeuble d’habitation . Localisation très pratique, on peut découvrir les principaux sites de Genes à pied et prendre le train à 10 mn pour aller vers la côte ligure. Un petit supermarché au pied de l’immeuble.

- rue très bruyante - la climatisation fonctionne très mal et quand elle veut ; il faudrait une notice pour expliquer son fonctionnement, pas du tout intuitif - draps propres mais tachés - Accueil et accompagnement client inexistants : Le Check in se fait uniquement à distance, déverrouillage des portes par smartphone( sans connexion vous n’entrez pas) / j’ai eu une question pendant le séjour , le numéro de contact n’a jamais répondu à ma demande/ pas de bagagerie le jour du départ

Stanza all'interno di un appartamento, molto pulita. Presenza di luci led che possono essere regolate per colore e intensità. Ottima posizione, vicina all'Università e alla Stazione Principe. Nella zona si trovano con facilità bar, ristoranti e negozi alimentari.

Difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio. Gli armadi in ferro nell'ingresso dell'appartamento. La doccia.

Host was perfect no problem at all. What'sup communication fast and active. I recommend a stay. Very nice church next to accommodation and also grocery within 100m walk.

All was fine - just trains in Italy are fully booked so it was critical to move to Malpensa from Genova. Next time flight directly to Genova avoiding trains Malpensa Genova.

Pas de cuisine. Il s agit. D une chambre dans un appartement. Une seule fenêtre car l autre fenêtre est utilisée pour les climatiseurs de notre chambre et d une autre chambre. vis a vis dans les toilettes. Pas de rideaux permettant de ne pas être vu la nuit de l extérieur. Mauvaise odeur dans le couloir des communs.

The hotel is located in the city center, a 20-minute walk from the train station and 30 minutes from the port. Contactless check-in, you must have Internet access to check in. The room is on the 5th floor in a building with an elevator. The room is large, bright and clean. The bathroom is comfortable. The room has a coffee maker and coffee, TV, and air conditioning. We liked the hotel and would gladly stay there again if our wishes were taken into account.

We chose the hotel among others also because check-in was available at 13:00. When booking, we notified that we wanted to check in 13.00. When we arrived, it turned out that our room was not ready yet. We asked the girl preparing the rooms if we could leave our suitcases and take the key to the room. She said that we could leave our suitcases, but there was only one key to the room and so we could not take it. Then we asked how long she would prepare the room so that we could come while she was still there, since otherwise the room with our things would remain open and our things would be available to anyone. The girl said that she would be at least another hour. We left our things and went for a walk, returned to the hotel exactly an hour later. The girl was gone and our suitcases were freely accessible. This upset us a little. In the bathroom, water was constantly dripping from the overhead shower. There are two metal pins sticking out of the false fireplace, which may be unsafe for families with children who may get hurt by them.
