FRDie Lage, neben Aquarium und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, sehr comfortables Bett.
Leider war mit Check-in sehr mühsam. ich konnte mich nicht richtig regustrieren und brachte ca. 1 Stunde bis ich ins Zimmer konnte. Nach ein Videocall hat sich alles geklärt. Aber bitte dringende verbesserung nötig.

El salir a las 10 am y le falta algún estante en la habitación para colocar las cosas, también la nuestra era la habitación más pequeña según nos dijo el dueño.

BYIt has a very good location. Basically that's all.
At some point during the day i was contacted by the owner with the question if we by any chance found in our room a city tax left by previous guests. Well, we didn't. The room was cleaned (or at least i hope so). The negative side of this story - differential approach. I in order to get my check-in instructions was urged to pay city tax by card several days before the arrival (no problem at all from my side), while obviously other travellers were allowed to pay city tax on departure. Also as was pointed by other guests - the rooms are on the 5th floor (please mind the high ceiling) and in case if the lift door is not closed - no one can call it. At some point there was a very tough unexpected journey with suitcases from 5th to the 1st at 5 am..because somebody has broken the key.
