"Great place, clean and would recommend"

It was a great spot , very clean and loved the balcony seeing the docks

That when we searched up on Booking.com , I specifically said free parking hence why we booked it to discover there isn’t a free parking space that we had to pay for our whole stay at a nearby NCP and they gave us the complete wrong WiFi info so we didn’t get it til later on Saturday !

"We are looking for a refund as no hot water and a known problem with leaking pipes should was bad."

We arrived to find no lights working in the sitting room and kitchen. Eventually found the utilities cupboard which had 1cm of water in it and towels and jugs catching water from dripping pipes. The hot water was switched off so NO hot water. We informed the management company who were not overly helpful - we are waiting on a refund. They knew about the lack of hot water and dangerous situation of the utilities BEFORE we arrived but did not fix it nor did they fix it over the weekend. It was a shame as the rest of the apartment was clean and comfortable but really ruined our break having no hot water and a smell of damp.

Beautiful apartment,very clean, beds are super comfy

Nothing i didn't like about it, I did have to inform them of a leak and they responded very quicky
